Before You Book Your Appointment:
Step-by-step instructions for easy booking!
1. Click on the Book Now button.
2. Choose the service you need.
3. If this is a Groupon, choose the Groupon Service that matches your voucher.
If you have a gift card, disregard the pricing next to the service. The time slot is the important part so we know how much time to allow for your appointment.
4. Our calendar will pop up showing the NEXT AVAILABLE slot.
5. Saturdays are often the busiest day. If you don't see a time available on a particular day, the system is not broken, we are just booked or out of the office at that time; please look a little further out. Hint: Weekday mornings generally have more openings.
6. Please note, it is NOT UNCOMMON to be booked out a few weeks during busy season; Thank you for your patience and planning your session in advance! If you don't see an opening for your desired day/time, please leave a message and you will be put on the wait list for that particular day. We appreciate you choosing Meadowbrook Natural Wellness.
7. Check your email for a confirmation that your appointment was created . We will also send out a friendly reminder before your appointment. If you did not receive an email/text confirmation, please let us know by calling 440-543-0574 (please leave a message).
8. Should you need to change or cancel your appointment, kindly give at least 24 hours notice when possible. We understand emergencies and illnesses arise, so please contact us ASAP and leave a message or cancel through your online account.
9. Check your email for our digital intake form that must be filled out PRIOR to your session.
10. If you reach our voicemail, PLEASE leave a message so your call can be returned. The therapist can only see one client at a time, and cannot take phone calls while with someone or out of the office. We will return your call at our earliest availability.

Q. I tried calling, but there was no answer.
A. Sorry we missed your call. Meadowbrook is a small private practice and when we are with a client or out of the office, we cannot answer the phone, as we are completely dedicated to giving our clients our full attention. Please leave a voicemail so your call can be returned. Calling multiple times without leaving a message does not increase your chances of reaching us; just call once and leave a message and we will return your call either between clients or at the end/start of the next business day.
Q. I stopped by, but the door was locked.
A. Sorry we missed your visit. We are either with a client or out of the office and keep the door locked for our clients' safety and while we're away. When you come in for a scheduled appointment, you have our full attention without interruption, in a safe and peaceful environment. Please leave us a message at 440-543-0574 with any questions or click on the BOOK AN APPOINTMENT button to schedule your next session.
Q. How early should I arrive for my scheduled appointment?
A. If you're new, please plan to be here 10-15 minutes early to discuss your goals for the session. If you're a returning client, 5 minutes is recommended.
Q. Can I book a Couples Massage or 2 massages at the same time?
A. YES! At the present time, we offer couples massage as 2 sessions in separate rooms. Please call for therapist availability. For those who would like to schedule back to back sessions with the same therapist, the area offers several restaurants and unique shopping while you wait.
Q. I would like to book a session on a specific day and time but didn't see any openings.
A. We always do our best to accommodate reservation requests. If there is a certain day or time you're interested in but don't see an opening, please call us and leave a message with your name, phone number and interested day and time so we can put you on the wait list. If a client cancels their appointment, we can contact you right away to get you scheduled!

Best Time to get a Massage

A morning session is a great way to start your day:
- Morning massages can give you that boost of energy!
- Mornings and early afternoons are best for scheduling a peaceful and relaxing session.
- You get well-rested therapist's hands by booking earlier in the day, ensuring you get the therapy you need.
- Hint: If your schedule is flexible, there are generally more time slots available Monday-Thursday mornings. Many clients have already booked standing appointments for their favorite time slots. If this is something you'd like to set up, please let your therapist know!
