Stress Awareness Month

The month of April has been Stress Awareness month. Have you taken any steps to eliminate some stress? It's never too late. Start small, just by taking a moment to breathe and find beauty in something nearby or a favorite memory. Focus on how you feel when you think about this item/memory. Hang onto that happy feeling and take it with you whenever you feel stressed. Remember that while we may not be able to control stressful situations from happening, we can choose how we handle that situation. Be the best person you can be and smile! (Smile even when no one else is around-it instantly makes you feel better!)
